Based in Gdańsk, Poland, ClickMeeting currently employs a team of over 50. We would like to expand our team by adding a creative, energetic person to hold the position of Customer Success Advisor (Bilingual).

Participants and presenters can log into a meeting from anywhere in the world using an online computer, smartphone, or tablet. Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to enquiries and educate our Customers on our products mainly by chat and email
  • Troubleshoot problems for Customers
  • Coordinate solutions with IT and management
  • Help customers build successful businesses

Key requirements:

  • excellent language skills in two languages except Polish – Russian, English, Spanish, German (C1/C2 level)
  • online marketing acumen and preferably some technical background
  • disposition to work in three-shift system (9:00-17:00/ 12:00-20:00/ 15:00-23:00) – the work can be done also from home
  • readiness to help our customers from all over the world
  • openness to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace

It will be to your benefit if you:

  • Are able to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time
  • Have superior verbal and written communications skills and are ready to master your speed-typing skill
